We are dedicated to enhancing our product and are thrilled to invite a skilled Data Engineer to join our newly formed Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in rebuilding our data pipeline from the ground up, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and cost-efficient. Your work will directly empower our end-users with reliable insights into how their ads perform, such as impressions, CTR, and more, while addressing current challenges like data quality and platform performance.

As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in areas such as impression tracking, building robust underlying infrastructure, and enabling advanced analytics that drive our business forward. Since this is a newly formed team and role at Bannerflow, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the team’s environment, processes, and ways of working as we grow.

So, what are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.

• Passion for solving complex data challenges and building scalable pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills to enhance system performance and stability.

• Knowledge of tools like Snowflake and Azure Blob Storage—or eagerness to learn.

• Focus on delivering reliable and accurate data pipelines.

• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Interest in exploring big data and streaming technologies.

• A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to mentor and learn from others.
