As an HR Business Partner at Bannerflow, you will play a key role in supporting our company's growth by driving HR processes, providing proactive leadership coaching, and managing HR projects. You'll oversee the entire employee lifecycle and contribute to a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
As a dynamic team, your daily tasks will be diverse and may include a variety of activities, such as:
- Managing the HR year cycle and continuously improving HR processes and policies to ensure scalability and alignment with company growth.
- Give proactive support and coaching to managers and employees in all HR-related matters, from the first to the last day of employment.
- Translating the organization's needs into concrete projects and initiatives within the HR field. Including e.g. onboarding, employee development and retention.
- Ensuring legal compliance, including responsibility for union negotiations and visa applications/work permits.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to align and integrate HR initiatives with the company’s broader strategic goals.
- Updating and maintaining HR systems and records to ensure accuracy and efficiency in employee data management.
So, what are we looking for?
- >3 years of experience as an HR BP in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coaching and supporting managers in HR-related manners.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A problem-solving mindset that relies on a data-driven approach in decision-making.
- The ability to align HR initiatives with broader business strategies requires strong strategic thinking and a deep understanding of how HR drives business success.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field is required.
