How it works
At Bannerflow, we hire without prejudice and have therefore chosen to use a screening test as part of the application process. This ensures objectivity and gives candidates the opportunity to showcase their competence and potential when applying for a position at Bannerflow.
If everything goes well, you’ll be meeting quite a few of us and we’ll be asking a lot of tough questions (and we hope you take the opportunity to do the same). Below, you will find the stages of the selection process:
- Screening test
- Personality test
- Role relevant case presentation. If you are a developer, you will get a code assignment to do at home where you can showcase your skills
- Reference check
