What happens next?


We’re happy to have you onboard the candidate journey here at Bannerflow! No need to worry, the process is designed to be a two-way conversation. We want to get to know you, but most importantly, we want you to get a first-hand insight about what working at Bannerflow would entail. 

How it works 

If everything goes well, you’ll be meeting quite a few of us and we’ll be asking a lot of tough questions (and we hope you take the opportunity to do the same). Below, you will find the stages of the selection process:

  • Application
  • Interviews
  • Personality test 
  • Role relevant case presentation. If you are a developer, you will get a code assignment to do at home where you can showcase your skills.  
  • Reference check
