How it works

We’re happy to have you onboard the candidate journey here at Bannerflow! No need to worry, the process is designed to be a two-way conversation. We want to get to know you and it’s also for you to get a first-hand insight about what working at Bannerflow would entail. 

If everything goes well, you’ll be meeting quite a few of us and we’ll be asking a lot of tough questions (and we hope you take the opportunity to ask us questions as well). 

Depending on the role you are applying for, you may be asked to do some of the following:

  • One-to-one interviews 
  • Role relevant case presentation 
  • Problem-solving and personality test
  • If you are a developer, you most likely will need to do a code test.  
  • Reference checks
