We are looking for a talented doer who can take one of Europe’s most exciting SaaS companies, in Martech, to the next level. And we really mean, the next level!

The mission

Demand generation at the highest level is your mission. Your number one priority will be to generate qualified leads for sales by using different marketing tactics. This means two things: Getting the right leads and managing them throughout the marketing funnel. But most importantly, what it really means is holding a true lead commitment. You will therefore be responsible for the team’s lead generation quota.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that we are positioned right and communicating in a way so that people across the globe will recognize our brand in every piece of content we publish.

You are going to be an important part of the company’s journey towards 10x from our current revenue of 100+ MSEK. Your first 6 months will be an exciting challenge as we lay the groundwork ahead of the expansion phase that we have ahead of us.

The team

At the moment the team consists of an inbound marketing specialist, a content marketer, a web manager, a production leader and an art director.

A large part of your role will be developing, building and leading your team towards greatness. A huge bonus would be the ability to bring some of your best and brightest contacts with you, as a part of your expanding team.

You will also work in close collaboration with our sales team to create highly targeted account-focused campaigns, and measure their effectiveness in driving pipeline.


We are looking for…

  • You have a deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success.
  • You are comfortable with both inbound and ABM tactics.
  • You are used to partnering with sales to deliver measurable results.
  • You’re experienced in marketing automation software.
  • You thrive in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.
  • You’re structured, analytical and data-driven is your middle name!
  • You’re fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written.
  • You have a degree in marketing, communications or similar.
  • You have previous experience from working at a B2B SaaS company.
  • You have experience from leading a team.
  • You challenge the status quo!
