Customer support is a part of the Customer Success team at Bannerflow. We put the customer first in everything we do and we make sure to be fast and proactive in our daily tasks.

Our customers love our support, and for two years in a row we have had a 99% customer satisfaction. To achieve that you need to always be on top and aim higher than others. We’re looking for an extraordinary person who wants to set their footprint in Bannerflow and take ownership of our support.

As a customer experience specialist, you will work very closely with our customers. You will be a central person in our organisation, bringing back important customer feedback as well as collaborating with our tech team when it comes to escalating support tickets.

As a customer experience specialist, you will:

  • Give first class support through Intercom or Google Hangouts
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce technical issues
  • Handle “how to” questions and guide our customers in a pedagogical way
  • Create insightful support articles and keep them up to date
  • Participate in daily stand ups with our tech team and help out with prioritising tickets
  • Take ownership of ongoing tasks and follow through until they are solved

Who you are:

  • You are driven by building great relationships and you thrive being in direct contact with our customers on a regular basis
  • You are a great colleague and always happy to help
  • You have a great technical interest and preferably basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • You are good at expressing yourself in writing
  • You are structured and organised
  • You are solution oriented
  • You like to exceed customer expectations
  • You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
