We are now strengthening our finance team for the next phase of the business and are looking for a Business Controller who wants real ownership, visibility and impact.

Finance at Bannerflow is evolving. We are moving toward a more scalable, automated and insight-led setup, and as Business Controller, you will play a central role in that journey. You will help build the reporting, forecasting and KPI structure that gives leadership a clear view of performance. You will work closely with the leadership team as well as having the full support of our finance team.

Your mission
As Business Controller, you will:

• Own monthly performance reporting and turn results into clear, decision-ready insight.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting and rolling re-forecasts together with department heads.

• Build and improve KPI reporting, SaaS metrics and dashboards using tools such as Claude and AI-enabled workflows.

• Analyze actuals vs. budget and forecast and explain the commercial story behind the numbers.

• Partner with the business on pricing, planning, scenario analysis and value-creation initiatives.

• Support cash flow forecasting, working capital follow-up and aged-debtor discipline.

• Help automate recurring reporting and move the business toward more self-serve insight.

• Contribute to building a scalable finance platform with strong processes, reliable data and clear ownership.

So, what are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, structured and commercially driven.

We believe you have:

• >5 years of experience in business controlling, FP&A, financial controlling or commercial finance.

• Experience from SaaS, software, tech, private-equity-backed businesses or international companies.

• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills.

• Experience with month-end close and monthly reporting.

• Solid Excel skills and confidence working with AI and reporting tools.

• A tech-savvy mindset and curiosity about how AI can improve finance workflows.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge the business constructively.

• A proactive, structured and ownership-driven way of working.

• Experience with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models is considered a plus.
