We are looking for an inbound Operations Specialist for a fixed-term position to cover parental leave. As an Inbound Operations Specialist, you’ll be the gatekeeper of Bannerflow’s inbound sales funnel. You will manage and qualify incoming MQLs, ensuring that every potential opportunity is nurtured and converted efficiently. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, requiring a process-oriented, analytical, and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound MQLs to generate a healthy sales pipeline
Capture, nurture, and optimize leads through the inbound funnel
Track funnel performance against KPIs and improve conversion with analytics
Ensure accuracy and efficiency across the sales funnel
Maintain strong feedback loops between Marketing and Sales
Use CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot) for tracking, reporting, and insights
Share best practices and contribute to team performance
Continuously grow knowledge of our platform, industry, and demand generation
