We are now looking for an Engineering Manager who will inspire, lead and support several of our software engineering teams. In this role, you will have staff responsibility and play a central part in both the day-to-day and long-term success of your teams. While staying connected to technology, your focus will be on creating the conditions for your teams to thrive, deliver great software and develop both professionally and as a team. You will report directly to our CTO and work closely with other leaders across the organization. As an Engineering Manager at Bannerflow, you will:

• Foster a healthy and collaborative engineering culture built on trust, openness and our company values

• Play a key role in attracting, developing and retaining top engineering talent

• Drive continuous improvement and help raise the bar for quality within and across teams

• Enable fast and focused execution without compromising on technical excellence

• Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices and help develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices

• Work closely with other engineering managers and development teams to create great software

So, what are we looking for?

• 5 years of experience successfully leading teams and delivering results in roles such as product owner, product manager, scrum master, or technical lead
  
  

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of fostering a collaborative engineering culture that puts people first
  
  

• Ability to inspire, coach, and mentor team members to help them grow and reach their full potential
  
  

• Passionate about agile software development and modern engineering practices, with developer experience considered a plus
  
  

• Fluent in English and Swedish and eligible to work full-time in Stockholm without restrictions
  
  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
