We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our product and target market to communicate the “why,” “what,” and “when” of product development. This role plays a vital part in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and adoption by turning technical insights into compelling commercial messaging.
As a Product Marketing Manager you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to develop go-to-market strategies, while also working closely with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment. Create clear, differentiated product messaging that resonates with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitors.
Optimize adoption, engagement, and retention by tracking key metrics and refining strategies.
Develop sales enablement tools like pitch decks, FAQs, and battle cards while training teams on messaging differentiation to enhance effectiveness.
Collaborate on impactful marketing campaigns with content and demand generation teams.
Analyze feature usage to drive product adoption by enhancing engagement and expanding platform usage.
Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance product marketing efforts.

3+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management, matching this role and areas of responsibilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex ideas into accessible messaging.
Experience with CRM/marketing platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into action.
A customer-first mindset, aligning messaging with business goals.
Proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing decisions without direct authority across multiple internal teams.
It would be a bonus to us if you have design skills but it is not a requirement
