Role Purpose
We are looking for our next Digital Production Lead to steer our Creative Service offer to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing operational activities, processes and ensuring a productive, revenue-driven workforce, and driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will work closely with our Digital Production Manager, external partners & Manager of Operation. Together you will collaborate with various customer-facing roles to refine and enhance workflows both internally and externally. Creative Services is an internal consultant solution that can be used in several parts of the customer journey, such as: meeting prospect, retention and fast phased onboarding when required.
Who are you?
Experienced Production Lead, preferably with an agency background.
Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Results-driven, proactive, and excellent at managing expectations.
Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects to completion.
Passionate about digital marketing and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Good eye for digital design.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
What you will do:
Manage budget and reporting for Creative Services.
Lead and project manage Creative services, collaborating closely with external partners.
Implement tailored solutions to address customer challenges.
Grow Creative Services and enhance its value through sales and customer success collaboration.

Drive internal projects to improve customer experience, scalability, and process optimization.
This role is a lead position for the function where you will handle and grow the function of production in order to make sure it's a streamlined process. You will not have any personnel responsibility but you will be a lead of the function itself.
