We are currently looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to lead our demand generation strategy and implementation to meet our revenue objectives. This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Who you are:

You have a passion for creating, deploying, and monitoring digital demand generation marketing campaigns. Including paid media (for example, Google Ads, paid social, display) and non paid such as nurture programs, trigger, and drip-based automated email communications. You are hands-on, but you are also able to build out the strategy and the plan for demand generation. 

Your number one priority will be to create qualified sales leads by using different marketing tactics. To achieve the goals we have a team with content marketers, designer, analyst, and digital specialist that you will work with. You will also work closely with our sales team to create highly targeted account-focused campaigns and measure their effectiveness in driving pipeline.

Bannerflow is a SaaS Ad-tech company in constant change and is rapidly growing. You will contribute to our marketing practices by making them more scalable as we continue to grow. When it comes to your strengths, passions and prior experiences:

  • You have extensive marketing experience in a role managing digital multi-channel marketing campaigns for B2B organizations
  • You have a strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success.
  • You are used to partnering with sales to deliver measurable results
  • You’re have experience from marketing automation programs (we currently use Hubspot for MA and Salesforce for CRM)
  • You also have experience within paid marketing (Google Ads, Display, Paid Social)
  • It's a plus if you have knowledge and experience from CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Works well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.
  • You’re very structured.
  • You’re fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form).
  • You have a degree in marketing, communications or similar.
  • Previous experience from working at a B2B SaaS company is an advantage
