We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist highly skilled in JavaScript to join the Customer Operations team and help empower our customers to better achieve their marketing goals. By inspiring, enabling and developing our customers’ solutions you will have a key role in making our customers the internal hero.
You will:
- Guide customers to success by working closely together with customers and internal stakeholders (Product, Tech, Customer Success and Sales) in a broad variety of technical projects.
- Run and support technically advanced customer-initiated projects, including but not limited to custom widgets, landing pages and publishing options using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and requests that customers may have.
- Seek new solutions and recommend best practices in ways of working for our customers. Challenge and inspire customers to work in more efficient ways.
- Conduct technical and complex training sessions for customers as well as technically advanced demos for prospective customers.
- Support and contribute to plans for customers that need extra attention e.g. win-back, complex onboarding etc.
- Contribute to development of our platform by sharing insights, ideas and feedback with Product and Tech.
- Identify improvement areas for our internal processes and drive initiatives related to this.
- Support your colleagues when it comes to upskilling around more advanced advertising projects, e.g. DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation) and SDA (Social Dynamic Ads).
Required qualifications
- In-depth understanding of JSON, XML feeds, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, CSS and HTML.
- Deep knowledge of how web pages are rendered and the concept of embedding external contents through Iframes, Scripts and Ajax.
- Ninja at web developer tools for debugging, exploring and quality assuring own and external web assets/creatives.
- Ability to interact in an efficient way with customers and third-party vendors.

- A true team player that understands that success comes from collaboration. You share your knowledge, insights and experiences with others.
- You have strong project management skills with ability to prioritize, plan and lead initiatives to success. Ability to break down complex questions and requests.
- In-depth understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how Bannerflow fits into the ecosystem of digital marketing.
- Available and flexible to travel if needed.
