So let's get down to the nitty gritty and look at what you will do in this role

Your key responsibilities are to develop the user experience, drive organic traffic and leads. More specifically you will be: 

  • Drive and manage conversion rate optimization 
  • Create hypothesis to test as well as configure and evaluate the tests
  • Report and make recommendations based on the traffic and conversions from the webpage
  • Work closely with the Marketing automation specialist, designer and content/copy manager to report on lead generation initiatives and conversation  
  • Provide daily and monthly analytics
  • Assure that our webpage complies with laws, policies, guidelines and other rules
  • Responsible for updates on the web pages when it comes to content (no copywriting), forms and structure

What we're looking for

You have 1-3 years of experience as a Web Manager, Digital Analyst or Conversation Manager.  You are passionate about the customer experience and used to working cross-functionally with developers, marketing, sales and management. In addition, you also have: 

  • Experience from Wordpress as well as CRO and analytics tools 
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and have a track record of improving on-site conversion
  • Basic skills in HTML and CSS
  • Understanding of SEO 
  • Analytical skills, ability to identify key metrics and build those into the web development plan (Google Analytics, Google Optimize, SEO metrics, search engine rankings, conversion, etc.)
  • Excellent English both written and speaking
