​We are looking for a passionate Technical Product Coordinator to help us reach our goals.

We are a company in hypergrowth pushing the boundaries of the digital advertising industry with a fantastic product. We are striving to transform the digital advertising industry, giving control back to the advertisers. We are now looking to level up the product team by bringing in a passionate Technical Product Coordinator to help us reach our goals.

You are a dedicated, ambitious person who is goal and customer-focused. You are a curious person with a technical understanding of HTML5 ads, common development processes, and the digital advertising industry in which we operate, but are also an organized person with good communication skills. The role is focused on contributing to multiple tasks and projects, showing initiative, and executing according to plan. In order to be successful, you should therefore be used to leading projects and be able to take ownership and keep things well organized. You are not afraid, and the words "get shit done'' make sense to you.

You will work very close to the Product Owners, Product Managers and will report directly to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordination of custom client requests using our project tracking system, Jira.
  • Main point of contact for coordination and execution of new publish and export options upon customer request and creating support articles covering these options.
  • 3rd line support and troubleshooting of existing publish and export options.
  • Assisting the product team in planning new initiatives, from roadmap to launch planning.
  • Quality assurance through acceptance testing of assigned tickets.
  • Supporting the development team with technical requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Keeping all relevant documentation up to date.

Skills: 

  • Organized way of working.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and ensure tasks are completed as expected.
  • Technical AdOps experience from the display ad ecosystem, in particular, HTML5 ads, ad-serving, tracking, and familiarity with major ad networks in the ecosystem and their requirements.
  • A Problem solver.
  • Knowledge of working with MongoDB/SQL databases is a bonus.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are open to a constantly changing workplace where you can be flexible and adapt quickly to the surroundings. 

This role is perfect for someone wanting to break into the Product Management field. We see great potential for the right candidate to be able to further develop into a more traditional Product management role or even towards a software development role should that be where your preferences lie.
