When building something technical and complex you understand that simplicity in the way you communicate is the key to brilliance, but that's also the hardest craftsmanship as a Marketer. We want to keep the Swedish mentality in our DNA but also be a bit “proud American” in the way we promote what we do, and do it in an understandable way. This is what we need your help with.

We think that you might come from a  commercial background, have a great technical understanding and be a fantastic communicator. The most important personal characteristic is without any doubt that you are driven and always get shit done! You never slow down. You are that person that people think is too pushy and too focused on delivering always in all ways. You're the one that always dives deeper than the rest, goes the extra mile and gets consumed by what you do. At Bannerflow, we call it passion. 

In this role collaboration is KEY. Your main task will be to take our fantastic platform and explain it to the market in a way everybody understands. You need to understand the complex marketplace, our customers from 50+ countries and 30+ different industries, our potential future customers in both existing and new future markets, our platform in detail and if you can't communicate with our Sales department you are in deep trouble. So smooth collaboration and communication skills will for sure help you become really successful in this role.  

You will get a lot of mandate and freedom to build up the Product Marketing area from scratch. With that comes high expectations. You will be working closely with and report to the CMO.

Okay, what will you do in this role? After reading the list below you will understand that you need to keep your strategic brain turned on and get your hands dirty at the same time.  

  • Set a product marketing strategy and tactics for Bannerflow.
  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons.
  • Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market.
  • Communicate and develop assets that show the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities such as product launches.
  • Support in creating product content such as case studies, videos, website content, and blog posts.
  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas. Make sure all departments within the company promote our platform in the right way.
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.

The experience we trust you to have

  • MA in Marketing, Communications, or a similar relevant field.
  • Demonstrated track record of success driving product marketing initiatives for products, features, and services.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
