We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help take our commercial team to the next level.

We’re in hypergrowth, and now looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help take our commercial team to the next level. You will have the opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced, and rapidly growing B2B Tech company.

Your mission will be to manage and optimize all sales enabling activities, ensuring that processes are understood, implemented, and executed in a proficient way, ultimately to help maximize the team’s performance. This means following up, assisting, coaching, and coordinating with the commercial teams on a daily basis. You will manage, organize and streamline sales operations with the help of technology and data, proactively removing roadblocks and optimizing ways of working to empower operational excellence.

You will be expected to gain an understanding of our processes, systems, people, and sales strategy, to anticipate the need and offer solutions. In this role you need to be detail-oriented, solutions/process-focused, and a team player with an ability to handle multiple, and often shifting priorities. 

You will be given a great deal of freedom and ownership as this is a new position. Previous experience and competence is very important, but what matters most is the attitude and the drive to truly create an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data in Salesforce is entered accurately and timely.
  • Support in gathering development requirements of Salesforce from stakeholders and coordinate the implementation together with the Insights team (They are the system owner).
  • Follow up distributed leads and accounts with the sales team, and make sure that appropriate actions have been taken, and administered.
  • Administrate licenses for the commercial tech stack. 
  • Support in pipeline and opportunity reviews with the sales team.
  • Generate a variety of reports and provide statistics and regular reporting on sales.
  • Work with the CRO to support the implementation of new initiatives and processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
