We are the face and voice towards our customers, making sure that all of their needs are met. It’s a fun and challenging job with a mix of account management, project management and customer service.

Because, as you may have read, the customers are our bosses!

We are working closely with our customers throughout the entire customer journey. Managing customer onboarding, getting them up to speed and helping them improve their digital marketing with our platform. We regularly monitor the health of the customers’ advertising, offering analysis, advice and benchmark their results against industry standards. Together with the Product- and Customer Operations team, we solve product-related challenges, bringing great value to our customers and making sure that they get the most out of Bannerflow.

  • We're always on hand to talk to our customers, whether it is through in-app messages, e-mail, phone or face-to-face meetings.
  • We stay up-to-date with the latest industry and platform developments so we can offer the best advice to our customers.
  • We are responsible for maintaining a feedback loop between our customers and our product team. That way, we continue to be the best possible solution for our clients.
  • The tech stack in our team consists of Intercom and Salesforce and of course, our own platform.
