At Customer Operations we handle the everyday operational and technical discussions with our customers and prospects. Having the interest and the capacity to really understand our solution, is key. It’s all about the users and making sure they have everything they need to get the most value out of our solution. This means managing complex product related questions, as well as supporting in everyday matters.
We work closely with both Sales and Customer Success, by providing technical expertise during sales demos and customer trainings. Part of our responsibility is to share our customers’ feedback in order to help our Product team understand where and how we can add more value.
